Introduction to the ontogenesis of a child's motorskills aged 2–7 years and the influence of movement on the child's physical, mental and social development in relation to health. Practical examples for the support and development of basic motor skills in connection with psychomotor skills with cognition of one's own body, space, material world and social relations. Examples of games and activities focusing on the specifics of the organization of these activities for preschool children in kindergarten.

The aim of the course is to shed light on the theory and practical application of the ontogenesis of motor skills in connection with health promotion and other benefits of physical activities.

The theoretical part:

1) Basics of TV theory - health, fitness, abilities, skills

2) Classification of movement activities within the RVP PV

3) Fundamentals of anatomy

4) Basics of physiology

5) Ontogeny of motor skills

6) Basic testing of motor skills in preschool children

Practical part:

1) Organization and management of movement activities - the specifics of the implementation and organization of activities for children of preschool age and appropriate inclusion in the kindergarten regime.

2) Basic motor skills - practical examples for the support and development of basic motor skills in connection with learning about one's own body, space, the material world and social relationships

3) Psychomotorics

4) The influence of movement on the child's physical, psychological and social development in relation to health.
