The course is focused on the didactic, methodological and music theoretical preparation of the future teacher for work with listening compositions at the 2nd level of primary school. Emphasis is placed on active listening to music based on knowledge of historical, cultural and social contexts. Students acquire methods and forms of work with listening compositions, connect listening activities with other musical activities and other types of art, while using their knowledge of music history, harmony, composition analysis and other disciplines.
