The subject Rudiments of conducting technique means the entrance to the problems of vocal conducting. It contains mastering of basic conducting schemes in different kinds of bars, close gestures, anacrusis, fermatas, changes of dynamic and tempo. All is practised mostly on the basis of folksongs.

1. Basic schemes in 2, 3 and 4 beat measures.

2. Close gestres in different schemes on all possible beats.

3. Divided gesture, divided close gesture.

4. Combined gesture.

5. Conducting with dynamics and tempo changes.
