The course studies the problematic of hybrid, interdiscioplinary discursive field of Visual Arts Education and the contemporary Theory of Art and Visuality. The effective discursive fields cover a wide scale of specialized disciplines which participate in creating commentaries and interpretations of art and influence the interpretative strategies of Visual Arts Education. In accord with the needs of the topic, specialists from these disciplines (e.g. philosophy, aesthetics, religionistics, ethics, theory of an image, multimedia, gender studies, mathematics, natural sciences, etc.) will be invited in the course.

Cílem kursu je identifikace specifických konceptů výzkumného pole doktorandovy disertace. Dále budou definovány průsečíky, překryvy a prolínání disciplín a jejich specializovaných odborných slovníků. To směřuje k hlavním cílům návrhu interpretačních rámců hlavních témat jednotlivých doktorských projektů a k vytvoření a obhajobě specializovaného textu.
