Course offers further development of printmaking skills, deeper introduction into materials, procedures and techniques of
printmaking.
Etudes and experimentations in basic printmaking techniques and applied techniques are the basis of the course.
Self-contained and thematically connected series of prints in different techniques should be the outcome of the course.

Stručná anotace předmětu:
Volitelný předmět má umožnit studentům, kteří v předcházejícím studiu neměli možnost rozvoje výtvarných dispozic v
oblasti grafické tvorby důkladněji se seznámili s materiály, postupy a technikami grafické tvorby.
Východiskem jsou výtvarné etudy a experimentace v základních grafických technikách a aplikovaných grafických
technikách, směřující k seznámení a ovládnutí základů grafických technik a jejich výrazových možností.
Závěr kurzu má vyústit do ucelené, tématicky propojené řady tisků v různých grafických technikách.

Sylabus: Práce na cyklu barevných a černobílých grafických listů, osvojování rozmanitých technik v logicky navazujících řadách. Význam kresby jako předstupně grafiky. Studium souvislostí grafické tvorby v minulosti a dnes. Teoretické studie o souvislostech tvorby vybraných grafiků - autorit, reprezentujících jednotlivé přístupy a techniky. Role experimentu a dalších disciplin v prezentaci tisků.Klíčová slova: Grafická matrice, tisk, cyklus, historie a dnešek.
