The aim of the course is to provide students with groundings of politics and subsequently to explicate the mutual relations between the state and law, particularly in connection to state formation, state functions and functioning, its individual bodies and constituents. The attention is paid also to the various forms of state, including territorial and organizational structure, the issue of international groups, and the forms of government. The course ends with the introduction to the issue of democratic and totalitarian state policy, and the policy of juridical state.
