Law I is a preparatory course for jurisprudence. The aim of the course is to provide students with the groundings of theory of law, including administrative geography, positive and objective law (duties of the subject), and subjective law (competence of subject). The course covers the definition of sources of law, rules of law and their interpretation, legal system, legislative process, the process of law application, legal liability, and human rights issue.
