The aim of the course is to develop the four basic language skills further from the B1+ approximately to B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This is the second stage of a six-semester course. The teaching is based on systematic work with a course-book (see Jones, Bastow and Hird below).

Cílem předmětu je další rozvoj jazykových dovedností, přibližně od úrovně B1+ k B2 Společného evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky. Jde o druhý semestr šestisemestrálního kurzu. Systematicky se pracuje s učebnicí a rozvíjejí se praktické dovednosti v oblasti mluvního projevu, čtení s porozuměním, poslechu s porozuměním a písemného projevu.
