Specification of particular types of impairment: locomotor apparatus, cardiovascular, respiratury, digestive, nervous system, sensory deprivation, mental retardation, psychical impairment. Suitable exercises and recommended sports, contraindicted activities. Special exercise methods and techniques. Application of gymnastic tools, requisites and apparatus. Specifics of children, suitable methods and forms of exercises. specifics of women. Physical education and sport of handicapped people, adapted ectivities. Rules of sports and games, competitions, Paralympic games.

Management and leading a lesson intent on particular impairment.

Charakteristika jednotlivých druhů oslabení: pohybového aparátu, kardiovaslulárního, respiračního, trávicího, nervového systému, oslabení smyslů, mentální a psychická oslabení a poruchy. Vhodná cvičení a doporučené pohybové a sportovní aktivity, kontraindikované činnosti. Speciální cvičební metody a systémy. Využití náčiní a nářadí při cvičení.
