Tělesná cvičení z pohledu mechaniky, prvky pohybového systému člověka při cvičení. Pohybový systém a vlastnosti jeho podsystémů. Geometrie a kinematika pohybu. Energetické aspekty pohybu. Metody analýzy pohybu a mechanické interakce člověk - okolí. Zápočtové požadavky - účast na seminářích, vypracování všech probíraných cvičení a jejich praktická znalost. Zkouška - splnění zápočtových požadavků, písemná část zkoušky obsahuje praktické výpočty základních příkladu z biomechaniky tělesných cvičení, následuje ústní zkouška.
