The course introduces the basic question of history of European - social - political- theoretical thinking from Ancient Times to 18th century. It deals in detail with those thinkers that had the greatest influence on the present thinking

Kurz seznamuje se základními otázkami z dějin evropského sociálně politického teoretického myšlení od antiky po 18. století. Podrobně se věnuje názorům těch myslitelů, kteří nejvíce ovlivnili svou dobu a myšlení období následujících. Přednášky jsou kombinováné četbou textů.
