Characterization of stylistics and normative grammar as linguistic disciplines. Criteria of language means assessment in normative grammar. Norm, standardization, codification. The notion of "language culture", the notion of coretness in the sphere of language sound system, morphology and syntax. Current standard Russian and its spoken variant. Functional styles of current standard Russian.
