This introductory course wants to offer the students an idea about a complex study of man in centext of natural and social science. The essential terms discussed: culture, nature-natural, society, cultural universalities and specifics, race, nation etc. The course also informs about the main anthropological schools.

Úvodní kurz, jehož účelem je poskytnout představu o všestranném studiu člověka v návaznosti jak na přírodu, tak na společenské vědy. Má poskytnout orientaci v základních pojmech (kultura, příroda-přirozenost, společnost, kulturní univerzálie a zvláštnosti), dále v rozdílech přístupu k problematice v různých antropologických školách a konečně také o souvislostech mezi kulturou, rasou a národem.
