* Aims:

Creating prerequisits for teacher´s self-reflexion, structured and reflected meditating and lesson planning, understanding the process and results of pedagogical activities both based on one´s own pedagogical attempts and observing other teachers.

-  Understandig the choices of pedagogical process
- Reflexion of theoretical concepts, conceiving one´s own pedagogical activities
- Identification of the problem. (distinguishing problems from symptoms)
