Improvement of swimming skills and techniques of swimming styles. Water games with a focus on the younger school age, drowning rescue and first aid. The increase swimming endurance and strength. Removal of previously fixed bugs in swimming technique freestyle, breaststroke and character. Personal improvement. Credit requirements: active participation in classes.
