Learning outcomes of the course unit To acquaint students with possibilities of summer physical activities, which can be done in a boarding school during long stays outside the school environment in interaction with cognitive, emotional and social development.

Didactics and organization of outdoor activities. Nature - camping skills, work with natural materials, basic knowledge of nature, ecology, orientation. Exercise and outdoor games. Unusual Games - softball, lacrosse, ringo etc. Basics orienteering. Fundamentals of walking, cycling and white water. Traffic safety. Methods and procedures for the use of each activity in a group of primary school children. Principles of safety, preparation and organization of school trips.
