Students will learn the foundations and principles of systems dynamics. They will also learn basics of project management methodology which will be applied on complex project modeling, using the framework of system dynamics. The style is interactive, based on syndicate and plenary discussions, solving and presenting case studies and managerial games.
Aim of the course -
Last update: T_KTI (10.05.2011)

To teach students the rudiments of system dynamics and apply it on examples how to leverage complex systems, namely projects. At the end of the seminar the students will be able to develop and verify simple models of complex systems, even in the area of management of big projects. This will smooth their pathways to practice after finishing their studies.
