The aim of this course is to obtain information about processes of accumulation and transformation of sedimentary organic matter in sediments and sedimentary rocks. The course is focused on coal, petroleum and natural gas from the compositional and structural point of view, about processes of formation of deposits. The course includes parts on biomarkers their characteristics, methods of analysis and their use in deepening knowledge of transformation processes. This course has also an other part which is concentrated on the sedimentary basins evolution and modelling of basin history. An other part concerns the transformation of organic matter during higher temperatures and pressures, during metamorphic processes. An other part review properties and possibilities of traditional and new carbonaceous materials. Small part is concentrated on fullerenes and similar compounds.

Získat přehled o vlastnostech, použití a technologiích získávání uhlíkových
