The aim of the practical course is to introduce the morphology and ultrastructure of selected groups of protists to the students. The course will also include observation and determination of protists in samples obtained by students. The course of Protistology MB160P62 must be registered alongside or already completed in order to register this practical course.

Cílem cvičení je seznámit posluchače s morfologií a ultrastrukturou vybraných skupin provků. Součástí cvičení bude i mikroskopické pozorování vzorků získaných posluchači a determinace v nich obsažených prvoků. Se zapsaným cvičením musí být současně zapsán nebo již absolvován předmět Protistologie MB160P62.

Zápočet bude udělen po úspěšném absolvování poznávačky z organismů prezentovaných během kurzu. Forma poznávačky bude záviset na aktuálních epidemiologických opatřeních.
