The lectures are given in English.

That course continues from the winter semester. The second set of the algal group will be discussed: Raphidophyceae, Haptophyta, Glaucophyta, Rhodophyta, Chlorophyta, Charophyta. The main attention will be paid to the evolution, morphology, ultrastructure, systematic position, biodiversity, biogeography, biotechnology. Many species from the living specimens, cultures or preserved material will be demonstrated in the laboratories.
