The course covers principles and applications of plant population genetics. Processes significantly influencing
changes in allelic frequencies (i.e., selection, genetic drift, mutation and gene flow) will be discussed in details.
Population genetic structure, polyploidy, molecular evolution and phylogeny will be also discussed.
