The course covers basic information on methodological procedures and principles of techniques used in modern biochemical research. It focuses mainly on methods of biological sample processing, isolation of subcellular fractions, determination of enzyme activities, determination of enzyme kinetics and interactions, purification of enzymes and nucleic acids, electrophoretic methods, immunoanalysis, proteomic, transcriptomic and metabolomic analyzes.
