This course includes professional practice, the aim of which is to introduce students to the laboratories of medical institutions and their functioning. Furthermore, the aim is to point out the possibility of applying graduates in these fields, to give students basic laboratory skills building on the knowledge acquired during the study the Faculty of Pharmacy of Charles University in Hradec Králové.

Tento předmět zahrnuje odborné praxe, jejichž cílem je představit studentům postupně laboratoře zdravotnických zařízení a jejich fungování, poukázat na možnost uplatnění absolventů v těchto oborech, dát studentům základní laboratorní dovednosti navazující na znalosti získané v rámci výuky na Farmaceutické fakultě UK v Hradci Králové.

Professional practice III in the scope of 120 hours takes place in an accredited laboratory, where the student works under the supervision of professional staff and acquires and develops the knowledge and skills acquired during the previous studies at the faculty. The student practices basic laboratory skills, working with analyzers. During his/her stay, he/she will also get acquainted with the organizational structure of the selected facility, the organization of work at the workplace, the instrumentation, the principles and working methodology of the control, diagnostic and other methods used and the workload of individual employees at the workplace. Laboratory, rooms and their functions, organisational structure of the workplace, staffing, organisation of work, instrumentation, principles of methods used (control or diagnostic), analysis and work with analysers. Biochemical, haematology or transfusiology laboratories are recommended.

Odborná praxe III v rozsahu 120 hodin probíhá v akreditované laboratoři, kde student pracuje pod dohledem odborných pracovníků a získává a rozvíjí znalosti a dovednosti, které načerpal v průběhu dosavadního studia na fakultě. Procvičuje základní laboratorní zručnosti, práci s analyzátory. Během svého pobytu se seznámí také s organizační strukturou vybraného zařízení, organizací práce na pracovišti, s přístrojovým vybavením, s principy a pracovní metodikou používaných kontrolních, diagnostických a dalších metod a s pracovní náplní jednotlivých pracovníků na pracovišti. Laboratoř, místnosti a jejich funkce, organizační struktura pracoviště, personální vybavení, organizace práce, přístrojové vybavení, principy používaných metod (kontrolních či diagnostických), analýza a práce s analyzátory. Doporuřeny jsou laboratoře biochemické hematologické nebo transfuziologické.
