The aim of this subject is to get students of Pharmacy acquainted with the changes in the human body that occur when sudden changes in health take place. Students will also learn the procedures of providing quick professional first aid focused on mastering the ability to provide effective life-saving premedical aid and get acquainted with general principles and organisation of intensive emergency care.

The condition of successful completion of the course is to obtain a credit.


The credit can be earned if the following conditions are met:
1. PARTICIPATION IN 4 of 5 LECTURES (80%)
2. CREDIT MCQ WRITTEN TEST WITH SUCCESS OF MORE THAN 75%
3. COMPULSORY PARTICIPATION IN 2. PRACTICAL EXERCISE (50%)

Failure to complete the credit test is followed by a practical test!
