Diseases of the oral mucosa of local and systemic origin; non-tumorous diseases of salivary glands; potentially malignant disorders in the mouth; drug-induced changes in the oral cavity. Basic diagnostics, therapy and prevention of the diseases.

Results:

  1. Knowledge of diagnosis of the most common diseases of the oral mucosa and salivary glands.
  2. Knowledge of the most frequent diseases of the mouth and salivary glands associated with drugs.
  3. Knowledge of treatment of oral mucosa diseases of local origin.

Credit

  1. Student must be present at all practical classes (each absence must be fully compensated).
  2. Student has to master the topics related to the work during the practicals.
