Aim of the course

To inform the students about the principal issues of paediatric dentistry:

  • theoretical and practical competence of oral patholopgy diagnostics
  • examination of the child in dental office
  • prevention and treatment of dental caries in children
  • simple tooth extraction of primary/permanent tooth
  • be oriented in dental traumatology.

Credit

  1. Full attendance at all practical classes. 
  2. Every absence must be fully compensated.
  3. Student must prove satisfied knowledge during practical training.
  4. Student has to pass successfully the credit test (achieve min. 75 % of points).
