Optional Subject - Physical Education . It is designed for all students of all grades and disciplines. Teaching both individual and collective sports. Attempts to incorporate sports activities as an integral and regular part of life.
Aim of the course -

The main object of PE:

incorporate physical activity applied in primary and secondary prevention of various diseases , the theory and practice of physical education of students of medical faculties .

Specific objectives TV:
  • To include physical activity into daily regimen student;
  • The right choice of sports activities in the student's way of life;
  • Preventing a drop in physical fitness;
  • Acquire motor skills, usable in both medical practice and private life ;
  • Contribute to the improvement of social relations in years and study groups .

Optional Subject - Physical Education

elective course can enroll students of all grades and subjects offered.

Theoretical topics and issues related to various sports specializations:
  • Expansion of the sport - in the world and in the Czech Republic;
  • Availability - the minimum number of participants, the economic conditions of the student;
  • Offer sports facilities University in Prague and their use;
  • Emotional experience - aesthetic, volitional qualities, a sense of victory;
  • Physiological aspect - the functional capacity and its trend;
  • Morphological aspect - somatotypes;
  • Ontogenesis in terms of physical abilities;
  • The recommended age for aspiring athletes in individual sports sector;
  • Recommended suitable sports to compensate for other activities;
  • Sports recommended only with appropriate compensation;
  • Contraindications for age and health impairments;
  • Muscle imbalance sided tape;
  • Compensation - additional sports, stretching exercises, breathing ...;
  • Relaxation - sauna, massage, hot tub ...;
  • Appropriate sports equipment - shoes, clothes, accessories ...;
  • Security at the TV.

Offer subject specialization in TV:
aerobics, aqua-aerobics, athletics, basketball, beach volleyball, hockey, flexi bar, football, futsal, golf, fitness training, climbing - wall, overball, pilates, swimming, swimming, wading, weight training, power yoga, self defense, softball, squash, stretching and health TV, table tennis, tennis and volleyball.

Credit requirements: active participation in seminars at least 80%.
