The Neurocases elective course aims to provide practical hands-on teaching in neurology and guide students through the diagnostic procedures and differential diagnosis of diseases. The course emphasizes acute conditions from the cerebrovascular, neuromuscular, demyelinating diseases and epileptology. The course runs during the summer term, and in addition to short case seminars, teaching will take place in neurology wards. Students will have the opportunity to learn about different methods such as sonography, EEG, and EMG. There will also be the chance to attend night shifts.
