Introduction to the basics and principles of canoeing and water tourism. Driving lessons on several types of vessels, primarily on tourist kayaking (canoe, kayak, raft). We will primarily focus on tourist kayaking. Safety and planning of a boating event. First aid for rescue in running water. Water rescue and self-rescue. The course is charged due to the rental of vessels. Physical education is provided by the Department of Physical Education of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine. Kurz je vyučován 1 x týdně po dobu 90 minut (2 výukové hodiny).

Pro zimní semestr bude výuka probíhat v pondělí od 15,00 do 17,00 v loděnici ČVUT, Praha 5, Malá Chuchle.

The course is charged due to the rental of vessels.

  • canoeing technique

  • kayaking technique

  • basics of rafting

  • the course is taught once a week for 90 - 135 min

  • lessons take place in the shipyard in Malá Chuchle or in the Swimming Pool in Hostivař

  • in the winter months, fitness training focused on canoeing. teaching Eskimo turnovers.
