The main object of PE:

incorporate physical activity applied in primary and secondary prevention of various diseases , the theory and practice of physical education of students of medical faculties .

Specific objectives TV:

• To include physical activity into daily regimen student;

• The right choice of sports activities in the student's way of life;

• Preventing a drop in physical fitness;

• Acquire motor skills, usable in both medical practice and private life ;

• Contribute to the improvement of social relations in years and study groups .

Hlavní cíl TV:
začlenit pohybové aktivity, uplatňované v primární a sekundární prevenci různých onemocnění, do teorie a praxe výuky tělesné výchovy posluchačů lékařských fakult.

Dílčí cíle TV:

• zařadit pohybové aktivity do denního režimu studenta;

• správná volba sportovní aktivity při studentském způsobu života;

• zabránit poklesu fyzické zdatnosti;

• získat pohybové dovednosti, využitelné jak v lékařské praxi, tak v soukromém životě;

• přispět ke zlepšení sociálních vztahů v ročnících a studijních skupinách.

Theoretical topics and issues related to various sports specializations:

• Expansion of the sport - in the world and in the Czech Republic;

• Availability - the minimum number of participants, the economic conditions of the student;

• Offer sports facilities University in Prague and their use;

• Emotional experience - aesthetic, volitional qualities, a sense of victory;

• Physiological aspect - the functional capacity and its trend;

• Morphological aspect - somatotypes;

• Ontogenesis in terms of physical abilities;

• The recommended age for aspiring athletes in individual sports sector;

• Recommended suitable sports to compensate for other activities;

• Sports recommended only with appropriate compensation;

• Contraindications for age and health impairments;

• Muscle imbalance sided tape;

• Compensation - additional sports, stretching exercises, breathing ...;

• Relaxation - sauna, massage, hot tub ...;

• Appropriate sports equipment - shoes, clothes, accessories ...;

• Security at the TV.

volitelný předmět si mohou zapsat studenti všech ročníků a studijních oborů.

Teoretické okruhy a otázky související s jednotlivými sportovními specializacemi:

• rozšíření sportu - na světě a v ČR;

• dostupnost - nutný minimální počet účastníků, ekonomické podmínky studenta;

• nabídka sportovních objektů UK v Praze a možnosti jejich využití;

• emoční prožitky - estetické, volní vlastnosti, pocit z vítězství;

• fyziologické hledisko - funkční kapacita a její trend;

• morfologické hledisko - somatotypy;

• ontogeneze z hlediska pohybových schopností;

• doporučený věk pro začínající sportovce v jednotlivých odvětvích sportu;

• doporučené sporty vhodné i ke kompenzaci jiných činností;

• sporty doporučené pouze s vhodnou kompenzací;

• kontraindikace z hlediska věku a zdravotního oslabení;

• svalová nerovnováha, jednostranné zátěže;

• kompenzace - doplňkové sporty, cvičení protahovací, dechové...;

• relaxace - sauna, masáž, vířivka...;

• vhodné sportovní vybavení - obuv, oblečení, doplňky...;

• bezpečnost při TV.

Aktivní účast na výuce v rozsahu minimálně 12 prezencí (ZS + LS).

U dvousemestrální výuky bude probíhat přihlašování na letní semestr v době zkouškového období. Termín přihlašování bude sdělen na konci zimního semestru. TV I -rozvrh v blocích podle kruhů a nepřihlašují se"
