Kurz seznámí studenty se zásadami používání antibiotik, antibiotickou politikou, mechanizmem účinku ATB, farmakokinetickou a farmakodynamickou charakteristikou jednotlivých antibiotik, postantibiotickým efektem, s indikací mikrobiologického vyšetření, problematikou ATB rezistence a klinickým používáním ATB.
