Multi-day sports courses focused on downhill, cross-country skiing and snowboarding in ski resorts in the Czech Republic and abroad. The methods of teaching the winter sports course are practical exercises and theoretical seminars. Detailed information on winter sports courses is available on the website of the Institute of Physical Education 2.Lf UK. Registration will be possible through the registration system of the Institute of Physical Education 2.Lf UK and will be available at the beginning of October. PVP- winter sports course: the course is taught for the 1st year of study. field of general medicine.

The student can choose whether to complete a summer or winter sports course. However, he is obliged to meet one of them during the 1st year.

The course is focused on the development (or acquisition) of skills and motor skills in downhill and cross-country skiing and snowboarding leading to the improvement of riding technique and both practical and theoretical forms of teaching.

Theoretical seminars:

  • mountain medicine - avalanches, first aid, hypothermia, frostbite;
  • News trends in winter activities;
  • modern technologies, including consulting - skis, snowboards, clothing, footwear, accessories ...
  • individual analyzes of student management on video.

Practical seminars:

  • modification of skis and snowboards - grinding, lubrication and cleaning.

Offer of activities:

  • downhill skiing;
  • cross country skiing;
  • snowboard;
  • downhill, running and snowboarding for complete beginners
  • ski tourism
