This course, originally designed for European Society of Intensive Care Medicine, aims to be an induction course for all the new starters in intensive care. Theoretical knowledge is sumarised in Duska, Al-Haddad, Ceccioni (Eds.) Intensive Care Fundamentals, Springer 2022 [in press]. The course itself is 2 days course of intense interactive case-based scenario, practical workshops and simulation sessions. If you are seriously considering a career in intensive care, emergency medicine or acute disciplines, this course is an excellent choice for you.
