Exposure, dose. Dose - response relatioship. Endogenic and exogenic factors influencing toxic effects. Toxikokinetics, toxicodynamics, biotransformation. Prevention and therapy of intoxications. Biological halflife. Practical exemples of specific toxic effects of heavy metals. Legislation.
