The learning schedule is created so that the learners will be introduced to the basics of law, basics of legislative and the theory of law in the first semester. In the second semester, the students will be introduced to and master the basics of the positive law in light of theoretical and practical needs of the protection and support of the general health.

The learning schedule is created so that the learners will be introduced to the basics of law, basics of legislative and the theory of law in the first semester. In the second semester, the students will be introduced to and master the basics of the positive law in light of theoretical and practical needs of the protection and support of the general health. It is therefore an introduction to the legal system, separation of law into branches of law. Also introduction to the basic legal institutions, for example the damage, liability for damage, preclusion, forfeiture, right in rem, law of obligation and so on. Further also the application of law, where they need the basic knowledge of, this means The Civil code, The Business code ( in light of the contract of control activities, that is the main contract type of all reviewer activity), The Labor code, the building act, the general health law, the general health protection law, the consumer protection law, the state control law, the law of damage liability caused by ilegal decision of a state aparate or wrong bureaucratic procedure and so on. The students especially have to master the administrative code, and that in the light of basic understanding of the administratively-legal procesualistic, along with the use of this directive during the deciding process (for example using administrative discretion). It is also necessary to get familiar with the judicial review, administrative court rule.
