The subject aims to provide knowldge and skills in communication with a healthy as well as ill child and adult. 30 teaching hours in 3 hour blocks.

Předmět je zaměřen získání základních znalostí a dovedností v komunikaci s dospělým i dítětem a s nemocným dospělým i s nemocným dítětem.
Rozsah předmětu je 30 vyučovacích hodin. Výuka probíhá ve 3 hodinových blocích. Předmět je zakončen zápočtem.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is the personal and social development of students. Personal growth is facilitated by training in self-assessment techniques in context of behavior, activities and skills needed in various situations (interpersonal communication, cooperation, conflicts, stressful situations). Other part of the course is focused on the development of self-regulation. From the pesrspective of social development it encompasses training of communication skills, particularly interpersonal communication, cooperation, assessing other people?s needs and feelings, management of problemms within a group, and in multicultural environment. From the perspective of moral development the course aims to teach understanding and tolerance to different attitudes and values of people with different cultural backround.
