Ophthalmology practice
Examination of the eye area and structures of the anterior segment of the globe, examination of the red reflex and pupil reactions.
Providing first aid in injuries, first aid in burns and eye burns, application of drops and ointments, covering the eye.
Diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. Orientation understending and indications for basic types of specialized eye examinations (ophthalmoscopy, perimetry, tonometry, refractometry, ultrasound of the eye, optical coherent tomography)

Oftalmologie v praxi
Vyšetření okolí oka a struktur předního segmentu bulbu, vyvolání červeného reflexu a zornicové reakce.
Poskytnutí první pomoci při poranění oka (everze víčka, PP při popálení a poleptání oka), aplikace kapek a mastí, krytí oka.
Diagnostika, difereciální diagnostika a léčba očníchonemocnění. Orientační porozumění a indikace k základním typům specializovaných očních vyšetření (oftalmoskopie, perimetrie, tonometrie, refraktometrie, UZ bulbu, optická koherenční tomografie).

Teoretické znalosti a vztah k ostatním oborům mediciny, praktický výcvik a dovednosti
Komunikace s očním pacientem, odběr anamnézy, vyšetření oka a struktur zevního segmentu ve fokálním osvětlení, vyvolání červeného reflexu, zornicových reakcí. Použití oftalmoskopu, everze víčka, aplikace kapek a mastí, krytí oka. Orientační porozumění základním typům specializovaných očních vyšetření.

The condition for getting the ophthalmology credit is 100% attendance at all practical exercises documented by signed attendance certificate and more than 50% participation in seminars.
Credits are awarded after fulfilling both criteria.
