Classification of rheumatic diseases. Structure, function and breakdown of articular tissues. Immunopatogenic mechanisms.History, Examinations. Investigations. Rheumatoid arthritis and its variants ( Juvenile chronic arthritis, Still´s disease, Felty´s syndrome.). Sjogren´s syndrome. Connective tissue diseases. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),Systemic sclerosis(SS),  Polymyositis-Dermatomyositis (PM,DM),  Vasculitides, Overlapping syndromes.Seronegative spondarthropaties. Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Reiter´s syndrom( RS),  Psoriatic arthropathy( PsA), Enteropatic arthropathy Osteoarthritis of joints and spine. Infection and arthritis. Infective arthritis (Septic arthritis, Lyme arthritis, TBC). Reactive arthritis ( RS, Rheumatic fever ).Crystal deposition diseases. Gout, pseudogout.Soft tissue disorders. Fibromyalgia, bursitis, enthesopaties, tendinitis. Diseases of bones. Osteoporosis, osteomalatia and rickets (rachitis).Back pain  .Miscellaneous rheumatic disorders. Polymyalgia  rheumatica, Neuropatic(Charcot) joints.Reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome.
