Single semester elective course designed for 4th year of the study. It is divided into two parts: 1) Prevention of gynaecological maligantn tumours: Primary prevention-prevention of precancerous changes-vaccination Secondary prevention- detection (diagnostics)of precancerous changes-colposcopy, histology, risk factors for individual malignant diseases, treatment of precancerous changes Tertiary prevention- monitoring of already treated malignant diseases in order to detect the recurrence of malignant disease as soon as possible. 2) The part focused on the most common histological types of malignant gynaecological tumours - the diagnostics, treatment, follow up.

Requirements to the exam -

It is required to attend 80% of stays during both semesters and successful completion of final test (min 75%) to obtain the credit. In case of unsatisfactory result of the test oral exam is neccessary.
