This one-semester course acquaints learners with the basics of hand surgery, soft tissue defects reconstruction, microsurgery, diagnostics and surgical treatment of skin tumors, external inborn defects of the face, extremities, external genitalia and aesthetic surgery.

Hand surgery ? tendon injuries, nerve injuries, defects reconstruction;

Soft tissue defects reconstruction ? skin grafting, skin flaps, fasciocutaneous and muscle flaps;

Microsurgery ? re-plantations, free flap transfer;

Skin tumors ? diagnostics and surgical treatment;

External inborn defects ? cleft lip and palate, inborn defects of the hand and foot,

hypospadias, epispadias;

Aesthetic surgery.
