An advanced course of laboratory methods in hematology and hematooncology. The use of selected methods both in diagnostics and monitoring during the course of diseases will be addressed. Flow-cytometry of blood elements and immunophenotyping of lymphocytes subpopulation will be demonstrated. Molecular techniques including PCR, blotting, microarrays, and gene sequencing will be introduced.

Pokročilý kurz laboratorních metod v hematologii a hematoonkologii. Seznámí s využitím jednotlivých metod v diagnostice i v následné monitoraci průběhu onemocnění. Důraz bude kladen na flow cytometrii krevních elementů s praktickou ukázkou imunofenotypizace subpopulací lymfocytů. Budou podrobně představeny molekulární techniky, zejména PCR, blotting, mikročipy a sekvenování genů.

Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s některými moderními laboratorními metodami
v hematologii a hematoonkologii. Důraz bude kladen zejména na imunofenotypizaci pomocí
průtokové cytometrie a na molekulární techniky.
