This course is intended for students in 3.and 4. year of the study. Basics of endoscopic surgery ( laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy ) in gynecology will be teached during thsi course.There will be an theoretical introduction. After this session
the student will observe practical use of endoscopy.There will be video presentations of different gynecological operations.
Also life surgery could be observed and discussed. The aim of this course is to provide to the students basic knowledge
about principles of endoscopic techniques in gynecology.

Povinně volitelný jednosemestrový kurz - opakovaný v letním a zimním semestru - určený pro 3. a 4. ročník Anotace: v
průběhu výuky jsou studenti seznámeni s moderními endoskopickýmui technikami v gynekologii - laparoskopie a
hysteroskopie.Výuka je koncipována s teoretickým úvodem a následně dle situace i přítomností studentů na operačním
sále u vybraných oeprací.Cílem je poskytnout komplexní představu o uvedených metodách, včetně indikací, metodiky a
komplikací. Metoda výuky:seminář, přednáška,laparoskopický trenažér, pobyt na operačním sále.

The aim of this course is to provide basics of endoscopic surgery in gynecology. Thera are two typical methods ( laparoscopy and hysteroscopy ) which will be presented in the theoretical and practical way.After completing this course the student will be ready to understand both endoscopic techniques - hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.

Výuka je vedená formou semináře s teoretickými základy. Dále probíhají videoprezentace a možnost praktické výuky na laparoskopickém trenažéru. Podle rozpisu přítomnost studentů na operačním sále a diskuse s operatérem.

Laparoskopie a hysteroskopie jsou dominantní endoskopické techniky v gynekologické operativě. Znalost technik umožňuje i pochopení minimálně invazivního přístupu v léčbě ženských chorob.

Požadavkem je zájem o problematiku, základy gynekologie, anatomie a topografické anatomie malé pánve, patologické anatomie a fyziologie.
