Aim is to introduce students to the clinical problems of current nephrology with impact given on methods of examination and diagnostics, clinical course of acute and chronic nephropathies and contemporary methods of treatment (immunosuppressive treatment, dialysis, transplantation).

Questions from nephrology: are part of the list of questions open to the students for the particular exam (exam of internal medicine in the 5th year, state exam from internal medicine in the 6th year)

Credit: Adequate presence in our department during the course (1 day absence is permitted, longer absence irrespective of the reason has to be replaced during another course)

All those who have inadequate presence or had nephrology elsewhere (Erasmus, ...) must write a test in nephrology in prespecified terms.
