Brief characteristics of the course:

Students shall perform 100 hours/year in one or two different types of organizations and participate in consequent supervisions and methodological seminars. The aim is to ensure the following:

- Students are able to identify the diversity of social work activities, specifics of individual target groups and workplaces.

- Students get identified with social work as a profession.

- Students are able to identify and use selected methods of social work.

- Students can apply theoretical knowledge into practice.

- Students are able to recognize their own possibilities and limits.

- Students are able to identify ethical dilemmas and reflect their attitudes towards them.

- Students are able to identify the value system, good practice, organizational structure and conceptual activities of the workplace.

- Students are able to perform an individual interview with a client and cooperate in a team.

- Students are able to reflect on themselves and their experience as well as on their personal and professional development.

- Students are able to identify and formulate their orders for supervision and use supervision as a reflection tool.

Final examination:

Students shall be evaluated based upon the quality of their report of field placement incl. required attachments, evaluation made by the tutor of field placement, active participation and min. 80% attendance in supervision and methodological seminars. Students shall also continually builds their portfolio of professional practice and submit it for review at the end of the summer semester.

Cílem kurzu je vytvořit bezpečný prostor pro sdílení zkušeností a zážitků z praxe a pro jejich integraci. Posluchač/ka bude pracovat na své schopnosti rozpoznávat dobrou praxi od špatné, identifikovat její znaky, zamýšlet se nad etickými aspekty sociální práce, nad problematickými postupy nebo cíli, které může během své praxe potkat, bude hledat možnost pozitivní změny a projevy rezistence vůči změnám. Bude mít rovněž možnost pracovat na své osobní hranici, bude se učit spolupracovat, aniž by splýval/a s klientem, nebo s pracovištěm.

 

Metody výuky:

Supervizní práce ve skupině, v bálintovské skupině, promýšlení situací, rozjímání nad případy, propracovávání dovedností poskytovat srozumitelnou zpětnou vazbu, projevovat opravdový zájem, doptávat se, podporovat. Prohlubování schopnosti sebereflexe.

Metodické semináře. 

Zpracování písemných podkladů k odborné praxi, prohlubující reflexi studentů.

 

 Podmínky udělení atestace:

l absolvování povinného objemu odborné praxe a zpracování všech podkladů

l aktivní účast na supervizích a metodických seminářích, prezence minimálně 80 %

l práce na portfoliu dle zadání
