V první polovině kurzu budou studenti seznámeni se základními technikami mongolistické práce. Studenti se naučí pracovat se základními slovníky, encyklopediemi, knihovními katalogy, referenčními příručkami, online zdroji atd. Naučí se české vědecké transkripci mongolštiny. Dále se seznámí se základními údaji o písmech a literatuře. Ve druhé části zimního semestru se seznámí s přehledem a klasifikací altajských jazyků a jejich nositelů.
Zápočet probíhá formou písemného testu ze znalosti obsahu přednášek.
Není možný opětovný zápis do předmětu.
In the first half of the course, students will be introduced to the basic techniques of work in Mongolian Studies. Students will learn to work with dictionaries, encyclopedias, library catalogs, reference manuals, online resources, etc. They will learn the Czech scientific transcription of Mongolian. Furthermore, they will learn about basic information about Mongolian writing systems and literature. In the second part of the winter semester, the Students will learn the overview and classification of Altaic languages ​​and their speakers.
The atest takes the form of a written test of knowledge based on the content of the lectures.
