The subject Grants in Memory Institutions is related to the subject Project Management (AIS100126). It is possible to enrol in the subject only if the student has attended the lectures of the subject Project Management or has individually demonstrated knowledge of the subject before enrolling (it is necessary to contact the lecturer).

While the Project Management course is more oriented towards the PMI-PMBoK project management methodology in implementing IT projects in a commercial environment, the Grants in Memory Institutions course focuses more on the non-profit sector and introduces students to the possibilities of using grant funds in implementing projects within memory institutions. The main emphasis is placed on practical training, where students prepare their own project proposal that meets both the requirements of the selected grant title and the needs and goals of the chosen institution.

Graduation: based on project proposal incl. correct substantive, formal and methodological requirements for project preparation.
