In their final master's thesis, students shall demonstrate that they have met the basic requirements of independent solving problems in
the selected area. The thesis includes the practical aspect of handling the topic (change support, monitoring, evaluation or students' own research), as well as the literary aspect. The evaluation takes into account both aspects. As a part of the response, students answer the supervisor's and opponent's objections, which are presented in their respective reports; students also answer the questions of the members of the committee.

V diplomové práci má student prokázat, že splnil základní nároky, které se kladou na samostatné zvládnutí vymezeného
problému v oboru. Diplomová práce má jak aspekt praktické realizace tématu (podpora změny, monitorování, evaluace
nebo vlastní výzkum), tak aspekt literárního zpracování tématu v předložené práci. Kvalita zpracování obou těchto částí je
při hodnocení diplomové práce posuzována. V rámci obhajoby reaguje diplomant na připomínky vedoucího práce a
oponenta, jež jsou uvedeny v posudcích, a na dotazy komise pro obhajobu.
