Annotation -
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of the theory and basics of volleyball didactics. Further improvement of individual gaming activities, combinations and their realization in the match.

Syllabus -

1. Introduction to the requirements for granting the credit, the match of the listeners - assessment of the game level

2. Punching both hands on top + OOV

3. OOV after movement + bottom submission, position of cooperative for receiving submissions

4. OOV at an angle, both-hand undercut (OOS) in place

5. Top feed, CSO after movement, at an angle

6. Top service placed, pass - reception service, recording in front of you

7. Pass + recording

8. Attack Strike - Stage 1

9. Attack Strike - Stage 2

10 One block - 1st and 2nd stage, match

11. Position against attacking strike of opponent with one block

12. Tournament
