The course is intended primarily for TVS students with a focus on education, Trainers and Fitness trainers who are interested in improving basic swimming skills and improving swimming techniques. The course is spread over the whole semester, the teaching will take place according to the schedule (once a week for 90 minutes or twice a week for 45 minutes).

Kurz je určen primárně studentům TVS se zaměřením na vzdělávání, Trenéry a Kondiční trenéry, kteří mají zájem o
zdokonalování základních plaveckých dovedností a zdokonalování plaveckých způsobů.
Kurz je rozložen do celého semestru, výuka bude probíhat dle rozvrhu (jedenkrát týdně 90 minut nebo dvakrát týdně po 45 minutách).

Aim of the course -
In the subject, the student will learn to develop and improve basic swimming skills, develop the technique of swimming styles, turns and starts.
By improving basic swimming skills, students will acquire important competencies that will make it easier to master coordination-demanding movements.
Another goal is also to increase the level of adaptation to the water environment so that students are able to handle all the demands placed on them during the course of studying Swimming I and Swimming Basics.

Student se v předmětu naučí rozvíjet a zdokonalovat základní plavecké dovednosti, rozvíjet techniku plaveckých způsobů, obrátek a startů.
Zdokonalováním základních plaveckých dovedností studenti získají důležité kompetence, které usnadní zvládnutí koordinačně náročných pohybů.
Dalším cílem je rovněž zvýšit úroveň adaptace na vodní porstředí tak, aby studenti byli schopni zvládnout všechny požadavky, které jsou na ně v průběhu studia pedmětu Plavání I a Plavecké základy.

Please note the financial costs of the course - 4200 CZK. The course will be opened if at least 15 students sign up, we are unable to pay for the pool rental if there are fewer. With the number of 20 students, the price will be 3100 CZK.

Upozorňujeme na finanční náklady kurzu - 4200 Kč. Kurz bude otevřen v případě, že se přihlásí nejméně 15 studentů, při menším počtu nejsme schopni zaplatit pronájem bazénu. Při počtu 2O studentů bude cena 3100 Kč.
