Annotation -
The course is intended primarily for TVS students with a focus on education, Trainers and Fitness trainers who are interested in improving basic swimming skills and improving swimming techniques. The course is spread over the whole semester, the teaching will take place according to the schedule (once a week for 90 minutes or twice a week for 45 minutes).

Aim of the course -

In the subject, the student will learn to develop and improve basic swimming skills, develop the technique of swimming styles, turns and starts.

By improving basic swimming skills, students will acquire important competencies that will make it easier to master coordination-demanding movements.

Another goal is also to increase the level of adaptation to the water environment so that students are able to handle all the demands placed on them during the course of studying Swimming I and Swimming Basics.

Entry requirements -

Please note the financial costs of the course - 4200 CZK. The course will be opened if at least 15 students sign up, we are unable to pay for the pool rental if there are fewer. With the number of 20 students, the price will be 3100 CZK.
