The concept of the Conditioning Gymnastics course is based on the assumption that by the third year, students
already have a general understanding of the issues related to physical exertion and the physiological responses
of the human body to it. This area is expanded and further developed towards the effects of conditioning exercises
with a gymnastic character. Practical applications are focused on gaining experience in organizing and conducting
conditioning gymnastics classes, as well as familiarizing oneself with the movement content of conditioning
preparation in gymnastic sports.
